A big thank you to the following US states:

New York
New Jersey
Delaware
Connecticut
Maine
New Hampshire
Vermont

While the current Bush administration shows dumb ignorance towards topics like environment or specifically the global warming these states just signed a kyoto-style deal setting legal limits on greenhouse gases from power plants. As I heard, other states are thinking about signing this deal too.
